Starry Starry Night 2006 (第三届中新歌会 - 非常新加坡 燃情之夜) will be jointly organised by Singapore's MediaCorp TV and China's CCTV at the Padang on Sunday, 16 July 2006 at 6.30pm. Held for the third time, this concert which is supported by Singapore Tourism Board (STB), will showcase some of the top performers from the Chinese pop and entertainment scene, both local and overseas.

This event serves as a platform for our home grown artistes and Asia's performers in the Chinese pop entertainment to collaborate across borders and showcase their talents.

Singapore artistes such as Tanya Chua (蔡健雅), Ah-Do (阿杜) and JJ Lin (林俊杰), Kelvin Tan Wei Lian (陈伟联) and top China stars such as Sun Yue (孙悦), and Chen Hao (陈好), celebrities from Taiwan and Hong Kong including Alec Su (苏有朋) and Joey Yeung (容祖儿), as well as MediaCorp artistes such as Fann Wong (范文芳), Christopher Lee (李名顺) and Tay Ping Hui (郑斌辉).

Weilian (陈伟联) performed two songs with guitar, 'Qi shi ni bu dong wo de xin' and 'peng you yi zhi dou zai'. superb! Do support him :)
